MEPCO SMART App — The Official MEPCO App
MEPCO's official mobile app is called MEPCO SMART. It is published by PITC (the same company that runs the web bill portal) and is linked from the “Our App” page on MEPCO's own website, for both Android and iPhone.
What the app can do
📄 Bill check, download & pay
View your current bill in the app, download a copy, and use its Pay Bill option to settle it — the same bill you can check in the browser here without installing anything.
🧮 Bill estimator
Estimate an upcoming bill from expected units — handy for budgeting mid-month. Our web calculator does the same with the full tariff breakdown.
📣 Complaints
Register power complaints from your account and follow them in the app — one of the channels described in our complaint guide.
🕯️ Load-shedding alerts & tracking
Get alerts about load-shedding and track your consumption over time, so a rising usage trend is visible before the bill arrives. See also our load-shedding guide.
The app also supports account tasks such as updating a tenant's CNIC against a connection and requesting bill installments, per its store listing.
How to get the genuine app — safely
- Start from MEPCO's own website: open mepco.com.pk and follow its “Our App” page links to the stores — this guarantees you land on the real listing.
- In the store, confirm the app is MEPCO SMART and the publisher is PITC before installing.
- Register with your mobile number and link your connection using your reference number or consumer ID.
