About MEPCO Bill Online

A small, independent website built for one purpose: making the monthly electricity-bill routine easier for MEPCO consumers in South Punjab.

What this site does

  • Bill checker: type a reference number or consumer ID and your bill opens on the official PITC page — the same bill MEPCO's own website leads to.
  • Practical guides: printing a duplicate bill, paying online, confirming a payment, filing a complaint and applying for a new connection, each written in plain language.
  • A working calculator: an estimator built on the current NEPRA tariff, so a bill can be understood before — and checked after — it arrives.

How the checker works

This website holds no bill data and has no access to MEPCO's systems. When you press “Check Bill”, your browser sends your number directly to the official PITC bill page using the same forwarding method as established bill-check sites, and PITC displays your bill in a new tab. Your number never passes through or rests on our servers — the full detail is in our privacy policy.

Where our information comes from

Facts on this site — tariff rates, helplines, processes — are taken from public official sources: MEPCO's website (mepco.com.pk), the PITC bill portal, and NEPRA's published tariff notifications (the current domestic schedule is S.R.O. 279(I)/2026). Rates and procedures change over time; where a figure matters — an amount to pay, a deadline — the document in front of you (your bill, your demand notice) always wins over any website, including this one. If you spot something outdated, we want to know — see the contact page.

What we are not

We are not MEPCO, PITC, WAPDA or NEPRA, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. We cannot view your account, change a bill, take a payment, register a meter or resolve a complaint — only MEPCO can do those things, through the official channels we link to. Read the full disclaimer.
