MEPCO Duplicate Bill — Download & Print Online

Paper bill lost, late or damaged? The bill that opens online is your duplicate bill — the same amounts, the same due date. Print it or save it as a PDF and pay it anywhere.

Open your duplicate bill

Enter your number and your current bill opens on the official PITC page, ready to download or print.

🔒 Your number goes directly to the official PITC bill page — it is never stored on this website.

✅ Your bill is opening in a new tab.
If that tab shows the PITC search page instead of your bill, copy this number and paste it there:

Or open the official PITC search page and paste it there — or go via the official MEPCO website.

What is a duplicate bill?

A duplicate bill is simply a fresh copy of your current month's electricity bill. It is not a different or estimated bill — every figure is identical to the printed bill that the meter reader's office issued: your name and address, reference number, units consumed, amount payable within the due date and the amount after the due date (with the late-payment surcharge).

Because it is the same bill, a printout of the online copy is accepted for payment at banks, post offices, mobile wallet shops and through banking apps, exactly like the original paper copy. Nobody can charge you for it — getting a duplicate online is free.

How to download or print your duplicate bill

  1. Open your bill with the checker above. It appears on the official PITC page in a new tab.
  2. Check the two tabs at the top. The bill page has a Bill tab (your full bill) and a Tax Certificate tab (the tax statement for the year, useful for filers). Choose the one you need. Not sure what the fields on the bill mean? See how to read your MEPCO bill.
  3. Tap the printer icon at the top-right of the bill page. A print preview of the bill opens.
  4. Print it, or save it as a PDF. In the print dialog, pick your printer to print — or choose “Save as PDF” / “Save to Files” as the destination to keep a PDF copy on your phone or computer.
  5. Verify before paying. Match the name and reference number on the copy with your connection, and pay the “within due date” amount before the date printed on the bill to avoid the surcharge.
On a phone: if the printer icon does not respond, open your browser menu (⋮) and look for Print or Share → Print, then save as PDF from there. A clear screenshot of the full bill also works as a personal record, but for bank payment a printed or PDF copy is cleaner.

When do you need a duplicate bill?

  • The paper bill never arrived, or arrived after the due date.
  • The bill was lost, torn or washed before payment.
  • You need a copy for your landlord, tenant, office records or a bank application.
  • You want the tax certificate for income-tax filing.
  • You pay online and simply want to confirm the amount and due date first.

Next step after downloading: pay your bill online through JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank app, and later confirm the payment went through.

Common questions

Is the duplicate bill valid for payment?
Yes. It carries the same reference number and barcode detail as the original, and banks, post offices and wallet apps accept it. The amount is taken from the reference number itself, so payment is credited to the same account.
Can I get a duplicate of an old month's bill?
The PITC page shows your latest issued bill. For older months, your payment history in your bank or wallet app is the easiest record; for an official older copy, visit your MEPCO sub-division office with your reference number.
The bill opened as a search page, not my bill — what now?
That happens sometimes on a first visit from a phone. Use the number shown in the panel under the checker: copy it, paste it into the PITC search box, and your bill opens. Then follow the print steps above.
